dear, nothing is more precious than time. Don't waste it in repeating 12th because you have eligible marks for any entrance exam and so you should better focus on cracking them which is most required as you want to get settled.
Try to crack IIT or AIEEE like exams.

Esse vi km aaye tho isleye muje clg btao kon kon see clg mee try kru for civil engneer ke liye nd btao ki muje ek saal dekhna chahiye drop krke ya kr leene chahiye esse saal...

You have secured good marks in 12th,then why you want to repeat again your 12th by wasting time and money.There is no use of repeating the same class again and again.Being a PCM student,it is best to go for competitive exams after 12th to get admission into the engineering course.You can appear for these entrance exams like:
-->IIT-JEE
-->AIEEE
-->BITSAT
-->VITEEE
-->SRMEEE
-->EAMCET
If you qualify in any of these entrance exams you can get a admission into the engineering colleges.
You can also go for these courses after 12th like:
-->B.Tech
-->Chattered Accountancy(CA)
-->Hotel Management
-->B.E
But I suggest you don't go for 12th again,the 60% marks you have secured is enough for any exams or job opportunities. So,It is best to go for higher studies in which course you have interest and if you work hard you can really succeed in your career.

And do not need of repeating 12th. Past is Past, Just concentrate on what you are going to do in your higher studies.

Well, if you have choosen science stream. Being a science student, you will look your scope in engineering field,

hat you will get when you give AIEEE, IIT and other engineering exams.there is lot of scope in engineering field.

I think you should not waste you time as well as money both.You should move forward and it is not such a bad percentage in class 12th. It is a satisfactory performance.
There are many courses which you can do after class 12th.
Some of them are listed below:-
BS.c.
BCA.
LLB.
Diploma courses.
BBA.

Having 60.92% in 12th with PCM subjects need not to repeat 12th exam again.

You can give entrance examination to do engineering and you can choose stream as per choice.

A candidate is eligible to write entrance examination if he/she obtain's only 50% marks.
Moreover relaxations for S/C S/Ts are there.

Otherwise you can do:-

1.BSC
2.BSC Hons.
3.YOU can do NDA.

Definitely you can go for the B.E./B.tech course with this much qualifications. There is no need for repeating your +2.

The basic eligibility criteria for the B.E./B.tech degree course is, to have a +2 course from a recognised board with good percentile. You can also go for the entrance exams like Jee Advanced, Jee Mains, BITSAT,VITEE etc for the admission in good and reputed engineering colleges.

Dear friend,
Instead of studying class 12 again, please focus on the entrance exams, like Joint Entrance or AIEEE, or any medical exams that you might be interested.

If you score good ther, then ther is possibility of getting subject of your interest to pursue your higher studies on that.

Please dont repeat, but be more attentive and focus on the exams that are coming next.
If you wish, you can take courses for those exams, which will help you with good scores and lot of opportunities.

I am currently a dropout from an engineering course I would like to do chattered accounting course but I have no base in commerce. Will I be able to successful complete CA???????

you should not waste your time on giving a attempt
Your marks are just enough
You are eligible to get admission in an engineering college
You can also get admission in many different courses like BBA , journalism
Instead of wasting time better you prepare for the entrance exam

The eligibility criteria for engineering , BTEC and many mor non medical stream is
Score at least 50 in % in 12standard in physics, chemistry and mathematics this criteria is only enough for any entrance exam
There is no need to waste a year for improving your marks
