as you completed u'r post graduation from NIPER you have more chances in pharma companies
as a fresher you will have 15000 to 20000 salary on average
FR&D AR&D are having great importance which is difficult to enter into them without experience and sound knowledge on respective subjects

if you are interested in marketing field it is the best option to do pharma MBA which is entirely different from normal mba
m.pharma need more experience to get attractive packages
whereas pharma MBA will have bright future with high salaries

Pharmaceutical marketing after m.pharm is a fantastic choice , in r&d or in production you may not get a good mnc house after m.pharm , and never the less your salary also will be tinny as compare to marketing ... Some mnc company giving 3.8 ctc to m.pharm fresher in marketing .... And i feel its an good choice .

the average packages offered to freashers are about 1.2 lacs to 4.5 lacs vary from college to college and student to student depending upon one's skill.

you just have to give an interview to them if companies doesn't visit your college with a resume in which your skills will be evaluated to get hired

dude pharma has no strong base in india infact it is only a diluted feild where any kind of graduate can work. so we cannt expect big packages and secondly in our profession u need a strong reference to get a job not the ability

HI im Rajkumar Dasari, here i have seen lots of wrong statements about Pharma jobs in industry wise, and i have tried since 1 year for job in industries but there is no use for Pharma graduates, the industry people were taking Bsc or Msc people at lower salary packages and I also bent lower salary for experience in that scenario people having 9 years of exp but they are getting just 1.8 lacs per anum. And yearly hikes doubtfull... I have completed my M.Pharmacy 2014. What should i do??? Presently im working in Medical Billing Profession. Is this correct im doing???? or can i change my profession into Pharma drug field?
