I suggest you do integrated phd in ecology and environment. that will best suit your choice(wildlife).

Let us make it very simple. If after graduation, you have made up your mind to go for Phd, then without going for Masters and than Phd seperately, you may pursue integrated Phd, which is a combined course of the both.
The programme has been designed to reduce the unneccessary academic period for deserving candidates.
There is no such difference in the recognition of Phd done through integrated programme or done in the orthodox way,i.e. after masters.

Integrated P.Hd. is after your graduation. You can get admission in this just after completing your B.sc. It will save your money and time. There's no much difference between the simple P.Hd. and Integrated. Only the time period and eligibilty criteria is different.

You should go with integrated P.Hd. if you have decided to pursue P.Hd. Scope of both is same. Don't worry. But your knowledge matters. If you feel much better to go for Msc. first then you should definitely do that.

I am a BE (ECE) graduate working from past 2 years as a system administrator in a mnc. I wanted to pursue Integrated PhD course in India/abroad based on the course fee and duration. Integrated Phd is a program in which You take admissions in a course
that provides you both a Post graduate degree and a PhD after that
PG is of 2 years and a PhD can take from 3 to 5 years depending upon you
and your college.
The benefit for such a program a that you won't need to apply for PhD
separately.
