I am a post graduate. But i m interested to take integrated phd from IISc bangalore. Is it possible to do MSc once again.

You shouldn't go for integrated Ph.D program because it will make your M.Sc qualification useless and also your 2 years will be wasted due to it. It is always better to go for direct Ph.D admission after Master's degree.

If you can qualify exams like NET/SLET/JRF/GATE then you have good chance of getting admission in reputed institutes like IISc and IITs for your Ph.D program. For integrated Ph.D program you have to appear for JEST which is mainly conducted for admission in various integrated Ph.D programs.

We have a problem and are completely unaware of this. We just passed the 11th standard and did not get as many marks, is it right for us to do mtech course?

No there is no integrated course with PH.D ( doctors in philosophy) you must clear you postgraduate degree with minimum 55% with recognized University. Than you are eligible for UGC NET ( National eligibility test) exam. Entrance exam to get admission in ph.d.
After clearing NET exam you can get admission in ph.d in any reputed University.
