sir,i have qualified ugc net june2010 for lecturship only.my mcom final year result is still awaiting.what procedures should i do to get my net certificate

Good NEWS for UGC NET 2009 Aspirants

Now, those who had applied for their Ph.D before June 11, 2009 will not be required to appear for the National Eligibility Test (NET). Also, students holding PhDs from reputed foreign universities will be exempted from appearing for the NET in order to be eligible for teaching.

The decision by the UGC was taken at a recent meeting of the commission that was held recently. The commission had been recommended by a panel to relax its norms in August this year in order to examine several concerns that were raised by various stakeholders as well as candidates and universities.

A large no of people apperes in this CSIR-UGC NET exam so it take a little time to declar the result .

So don,t get panic definetly you will get your clearnce certificate within few days.

Be with patience. You will definitely receive your certificate. But it will take some time as the number of people who have applied are very high in number and processing the certificate of all these persons without any errors will take time. Don't worry. You are going to receive it very soon.

My name is Chandra Das and I have passed MSc in organic chemistry from pune university in 2010.I have cleared UGC-JRF held in 20 December,2009.As soon as I have passed the MSc,I have send all the requisite documents to them.But unfortunatelaly I haven't received it till now.I need it urgently.My roll no. is 123626 and my rank is 270.Please

I am Najmah from kerala. I have passed M.Sc exam(specialisation in mathematics) from calicut University,kerala .I have appeared in the joint UGC-CSIR NET exam held in 20th june 2010.My Roll number in the said exam was 405207, and I have qualified in the examination.My rank in the said examination has been shown to be 0155. I did not see the notes written below the list ., I have sent,by post, an attested copy of my M.Sc final result along with one attested copy of my sslc book as proof of my date of birth on january 10(i delayed more than 10 days to send my certificate)
Now I have ONE question,Sir. they are:
1) Is there any problem to get my certificate ,because of i send late

In the case of non-receipt of NET certificate you are advised to correspond with/contact the Head, NET Bureau, UGC, South Campus, University of Delhi, Benito Juarez Marg., New Delhi 110 021.In their covering letter, they must state their Roll No., the date of UGC-NET in which they have appeared and UGC-Ref. No. (in case known to them).
generally it is not the case , you will receive it.......

I have cleared my CSIR-UGC test held on 26-06-2010 under UGC catogery. Now i am in need of certificate as i have been chosen to join for pursuing Ph.D by 15th of Feb-2011. Please advise me for if i can the get the certificate at its earliest to hand. do i need to go to new delhi to get it done..if it is so pl. mention me who and where to ask for it.

u should translate ur community certificate from tamil to english,or hindi according to the guidelines given by CSIR.

I am Drisya. I have qualified the CSIR UGC NET exam held in 20th june 2011.My roll no. is 148779. As required ,I have the attested copies of msc final year mark list, sslc certificate and admit card. But my admit card was a duplicate one which was given from the examination center because i have not received the original admit card. will it cause any problem during verification?

I was awarded JUNIOR RESEARCH FELLOWSHIP in the subject CHEMICAL SCIENCES under UGC Fellowship scheme.

The fellowship was tenable w.e.f. from 1st January,2011.

Due to personal difficulties and lack of vacancy under guides, i wasnt able to join anywhere till date.

Queries:

1.Whether my offer of UGC- JRF scheme will be over in a year ? Or whether the validity of this scheme is for two years?

2.If it is a one year scheme ,whether its possible to extend its validity , if i could able provide genuine reasons(hospitalized and death of my second baby)?

3.Is it possible to join temporarily without fellowship untill vacany will arise to a particular guide?(As the guide confirms next vacany in January 2012 )

I would be highly obliged,if you could reply me at the earliest.

I have cleared CSIR-UGC NET DEC 2011 uder the category NET(JRF)UGC . I have sent attested copy of my msc final year mark sheet and certificate of class X as date of birth proof . but did not send the xerox copy of my admit card of net exam though I mentioned my Roll no . 417750 on the envelope . Its better if CSIR provide online E-Certificate to the qualified candidates as it is already started in UGC. Because CSIR will take nearly more than one year to give certificates.
