2) You can have job in Public Sector like :-

4) You can have job in Banking sectors also. for that you have to appear for IBPS exam.

If you are planning to study in India, Then you may opt for M.Tech Applied Geology.
You do not at all need to worry about the salary packages for the geology engineers.

The basic salaries in Govt of India start from 40k and raise according to
seniority, performance and promotions. At Abroad, not all countries offer
jobs for foriegn geolists but the most that offer, provide a salary package
of around 1L+

M.tech in applied geology is better than m.sc in geology.
You can do M.tech app. Geo. After +2 in non-med. This is a 5year course. Here you study 1 year with b.tech biotech and 4 years in geology dept. But in m.sc. geology you study geology for only 2 years.
