All the college that offers this course is well equipped with enough infrastructures as the courses is not very easy to be offered. Few renowned institutes that offer this course are Indian school of Mines, IMMT, IIT kharagpur,  Jadavpur university, University of Delhi, University of Calcutta, Bangalore university and many more. The fee structure of University of Delhi for this master level course is Rs 9000 per annum. University of Calcutta charges mere 1200 to 6000 per annum.

All the above mentioned colleges have the reservation system followed in them. The students of lower and backward class are given special reservation as per the quota norms. Though they are not offered fee relaxation, they are certainly helped by the government in other forms.
