i have completed my m.sc in biochemistry and i qualified Gate Exam In 2012. Now i will to join Phd in CFTRI. I want to Know the information or procedure to take admission for Phd with an Gate qualified Fellowship

Yes, one can do PhD with GATE but that depends on number of MHRD positions available within the institute. Not all but few institutes shortlist candidates for PhD based on GATE scores. GATE fellowship is about 16000-18000 (exactly not known) with HRA but no contigency. After two years one will be upgraded to SRF position with 22000 HRA contigency pay.

I HAVE PASSED GATE 2016 AFTER M TECH(WATER RESOURCES CAN I GET IN PHD IN IITS
