There are thousands of colleges in India which offers B.Ed courses.
There are government and private B.Ed colleges and each and every college/university/institution has different course fees. Fees normally depend on the infrastructure, campus facility. and other educational facilities.

It will be difficult to inform you about the fees, until and unless you name the college/university you are willing to pursue the course from.

Most of this college/university/institution provide online forms download facility. You can download forms from their official website itself.
Visit the Government University Campus you have in your city, you will certainly get the proper information.

• Candidate need to be graduated with at least 55% from recognized university

• Candidate has to take up Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology subject in 10+2 level.

The application form can be obtained from the university office The Registrar, Annamalai University by paying Rs250/-. I am sorry to say that you have not mentioned proper query means on which state or from which university you want to do B.Ed. Because most of the university not takes the B.Ed entrance admission examination. So, its difficult for me to solved your query. Because B.Ed is not a all over India test which score you can apply in all over India college.

Also I want to say that each University have different eligibility criteria for B.Ed or also some in some state not take the B.ed entrance tests, they provide the admission on the basis of the graduation percentage. So, it is very difficult for us to tell all over the India B.Ed eligibility criteria.

So, I request you please again post your query with proper state. If you are willing to apply in over India then also write. Also write your proper subject because some times where you wish to apply, in that university your subject combination not matched.

For your Information the Common B.ed Syllabus is:

All candidates are required to appear in the Entrance Test. It consists of two parts and can be taken in either English or Hindi.

Part A : comprises of the two subjects chosen by the candidate for the Entrance Test. This part will assess, upto graduation level, the content knowledge and analytical abilities in the concerned subjects.

General Awareness
Language Comprehension

Language Comprehension
This section aims at assessing the candidates’ language comprehension skills, either in English or in Hindi, as per their choice.
The above syllabus will be same in all universities but may be slightly changes. So, its better to post in which university you want to apply.

For govt. you have option like from Delhi university.one of yhe best institute in asia.its CIE(central institute of education)..in north campus,delhi.fees is less here.
another you have Jamia milia in okhla,delhi.its also chaeper and comes under central university.
IP university is there,,but its private and costly too....its fees started above 50000.
MDU Rohtak also offers b.ed.but its also private and costly...fees above 45000,depending upon the college which you get

B.Ed CET announcement is given into daily newspaper
they will gave webaddress from that you can get the ALC centers
ALC Centers are centers from which forms are submitted
fee and colleges are mentioned in broucher goverment semi gov and private also
