which one is better for ece fresher automation or networking or embedded for getting job in north india

hey,
I have done my B.Tech in ECE and currently pursuing M.Tech in VLSI domain. i have also completed PG Diploma in Industrial Automation. now i am little bit confused like in which field should i progress for a good carrier. i dont understand which field has more opportunities and also good packages to offer. pls help me out untill its too late.

how to prepare for technical rounds in interview ?? It is not possible to have command on all subjects of b.tech.So what are the subject that must be perfectly prepared by ECE engg ??

I have done b.tech Ece but I have landed for job in core mechanical company where I have to look after robotic production and just wrk as a supervisor is this experience beneficial for me to get a good job in core electronics company with this experience?
