you can apply for the iitjee for sure. because the minimum requirement for the appearing or to attempt the iitjeee exam is to appear in the 10+2 board exam or an equivalent exam. and for the admission through the iitjee exam you must have to score more than 60% in 10+2 exam. and you will be definitely allowed to attempt or to participate in iitjee exam. to know more about the iitjee exam kindly visit the website www.iitjee.org thanks |

thats very good to hear from you that you are interested in giving iit jee,and glad to say that you are eligible for giving the exam provided your percentage aggregate in three subjects physics,maths and chemistry is above 60%.(55% in case of reservation candidates) because the eligibility criteria for iit jee exam is a minimum pass percentage of 60% in physics,mathematics and chemistry subjects.you have entered the aggregate percentage as 68% which is not required actually. so,work hard and all the best |

You have got 68% in 12th that is a good thing. with this percentage you can easily fight the IIT entrance examination.
Actually i want to tell you that IIT requires 60% marks in the 12 th standard, and you have got 68%, so this is good for you. you can appear in this exam only for twwo times. and your age should be below of the 25(for general) and 30(for st, SC). YOu should work hard for this exam and i m gess that your rank will be satisfy you, and you can choose any good engineering college. best of luck. |

In order for participating in IIT-JEE you must have either passed 12th or apearing in it. your percentage should be atleast 80% in 12th with maths cumpulsory... good luck... thank you |

hi dear.
IIT is the one of the best and craziest exam for B.TECH , its demand is abroad every where and most of the company wants to take candidates from IIT . A candidate who has passed class 12th examination or has appeared for the class 12th examination can sit for the IITJEE.The minimum percentage required to clear the IITJEE examination is 60% at 12th level. You must have physics,chemistry and maths as subject in 12th you can appear for IIT JEE. The age limit for appearing IIT JEE is 25 years. For SC,ST is 30 years A candidate can appear maximum of 2 times that too in 2 consecutive years. thanks |

This examination commonly known as JEE (JOINT ENTRANCE EXAMINATION) conducted by CCB every years in the month of April. through this exam one can get admission in Indian institute of technology for b.tech degree. for apply in JEE you must have 12th degree in PHYSICS CHEMISTRY, MATHS . also you must have to score at least 60% in 12th examination. the age-limit for this exam is 17-25 years. also a candidate can appear in this exam just for two consecutive years with the passing of 12th. important dates- thank you!! |

IIT conducts all India joint entrance exam for admission of aspirants into the various engineering discipline in IIT. The exam for next year is on 10th April 2012. The eligibility for appearing in the entrance exam includes The aspirant need to have appeared in the qualifying exam on october 2010 or after are only eligible to appear. The qualifying exams are 1. 10+2 examination recognised by the state or the central government. 2. 3-4 year diploma course recognised by AICTE 3. senior secondary exam conducted by the national open school 4. final examination in the two year course of joint service wing of national defence academy. The minimum percentage required is 60% for general and obc aspirants. The % is relaxed to 55 for SC/ST/physically challenged. The candidate can appear for the exam only maximum of 2 times. the age limit for appearing in the exam is 21 for General and OBC aspirant and it is 26 for SC/ST/PD |

Of course you are eligible for IITJEE.
Being a handicaped candidate you will get a lot of support from the government in the form of reserved seats. As you have scored 67% marks in boards so you have crossed the % required for IITJEE selection. The official Notice for percent is: Candidates belonging to GE and OBC categories must secure at least 60% marks in aggregate in QE. yes you can participate...
If your physical impairment is more than 40% then only you can get the benefits relating to disable person. For any category of disability you will get benefits relating to this. In norms, you will get a 3% seats relaxations in JEE exam. |

Eligibility criteria for IIT-JEE exam: candidate must have passed their 10+2 examinations from a recognized board. candidates who will be giving their final examinations of 10+2 in 2012 are also eligible to apply Important dates for IIT JEE-2012 exam: Online process of issuing application form is 31st Oct 2011 to 10 Dec 2011. Offline process of issuing application form is 11th Nov 2011 to 5th Dec 2011. Exam will held on 8th April 2012. |

The eligibility criteria to apply for IIT-JEE is as follow:
Date of birth: Candidate belonging to GE, OBC and DS categories must be born on or after October 01, 1986 and those belonging to SC, ST and PD categories must be born on or after October 01, 1981 Year of passing qualifying examination (QE): Must have passed the qualifying examination, namely, XII standard or any equivalent examination, after 1st October 2009 or in the year 2010 or will be appearing in 2011 Minimum percentage of marks in QE: candidates belonging to GE, OBC and DS categories must secure at least 60% marks and candidates belonging to SC, ST and PD categories must secure at least 55% marks in aggregate in the qualifying examination. thank you |

the eligibility criteria for IITJEE is given below:-
1)The candidate should be less than or equal to 25 years of age(for general and OBC) and 30(for SC/ST/PD) 2)The candidate should secure atleast general and OBC-60% SC/ST/PD-55% in class XII 3)No candidate can appear for more than two times. 4)You can sit for the exam either in the year of appearing for class XII or just the next year. Which means that if you are appearing for class XII in 2012 then you can sit for IITJEE only in 2012 and 2013. hope that answered your question |
