infosys and wipro are big companies and they want atlest 65% in your 10th,12th and b.tech .anything less than that is not acceptable, however if you are techniqually strong and having much knowledge than other you can impress them and can get job. your b.tech marks is satisfactory so you can apply .just wait and watch what happens.

i am btech stdent of btech 3rd year...having 77% in 10th and 62% in 12th...and having 2 year back after 12th....and my ygpa is 8.3....please help me for giving the answer of my question

dear friend,

For Infosys there are mainly three section which are given below :

1. Aptitude Test,
2. Technical Interview,
3. Personal Interview/HR.

To recover this three section you have to study the following books very well :

* Quantative Aptitude Test by R.S.Agarwall,
* Verbal Reasoning Series by R.S.Agarwall,
* GRE by Barron.

Besides this you have to prepare from current affairs.

Eligible Criteria :

* a candidate must have 65% throughout its carrier.
* there will not any backlogs pending to the candidate in B.Tech. degree.
* more than 2 years gaps will not be acceptable.
* must have very good communication skills.

ya pramila you got less marks in ur 12th and do you know most company's criteria minimum 60% in 12th but you don't worry

Eligibility criteria for Infosys are as follows: -

1. Eligibility – Pass B.E. or B.Tech. or B.Sc. or MCA or M.E. or M.Tech. or M.S. or M.Sc. with minimum 65 % aggregate marks from a regonised institute / university.

2. No standing backlogs are allowed.

3. GAP should not be more than 02 years in the education.

4. M.Tech. and MCA students having minimum 03 years experience.

5. 10 th & 12 th standard - Minimum 60 % aggregate marks from a regonised board.

the big companies like wipro ,tcs etc they see talent, skill and knowledge

and percentage you should get them to you in interview time and you should impress

them then only they select you in their companies

To get Job in Infosys, you have to scored minimum 60% marks, only then you are eligible to appear in Infosys written exams and Interview.

And please improve your Communication Skills also, because to get job in This company you need a good communication skills as well as good Knowledge.

So, just score good marks in your Bacholar degree Or your Master Degree to get chance job in Infosys.

So, please concentrate in Current Affairs and improve your Communications skills, then you will get job in Infosys.

As you have not 60% in 12th, thats why you are not Eligible in Many companies such as
1. Tata Consultancy Services

2. Cognigent Technology Solution

3. Infosys Technologies

4. Microsoft Limited

5. IBM

6. WHOAI

7. ATOS

etc etc .....

The above Companies need 60% in 10th 12th and graduation....

But there is no need to worry my friend. There are also many companies, which requires only 55% as there eligibility criteria in 10th 12th and graduation

1] The aspirants must be passed his/ her graduation in B. Tech. with minimum 55% marks from any recognized university.

2] The backlog candidate are not allowed.

3] The gap in the study should not be more than 1 year.

Hey is everybody reffering b.tech percentage as a aggregate score througout 4 year duration or only final year score? Pls clear ma doubt...

Hi according to me the elegibilty criteria to get job in infosys Wipro & TCS should be
60 % in 10th ,
60% in 12th and
60% in b tech
so if you have these all then you are eligible to sit for the infosys...
or if not then depend for urgent opening

I had more than 65% wen i got placed in infy...but now my percentage has come down to 64.4 aftr my 8th semester..is that a problem because dre eligibility citeria during recuitment was 65%.
