There will be SSC Pattern Questions in the Examination & Duration will be 2 Hours. About 100 to 150 Question will be in the Exam and there will be no Negative Marking.

Note Any other information regarding Syllabus and Preparation Material will be updated here.

Selection is done via a Written Test comprising of two papers

Paper I:

1. General awareness 2. General knowledge 3. English language 4. Reasoning 5. Mathematical aptitude

Paper II is Descriptive type consisting of:

Information Related to syllabus:
There will be SSC Pattern Questions in the Examination & Duration will be 2 Hours.No negative marking will be there.

There is written test conducted of 2 papers.First one is objective & second one is descriptive.
Paper 1 consists of General awareness,General knowledge,English language,Reasoning,Mathematical aptitude.
Paper-2 consists of Essay & Precise writing.
After clearing the 2 papers you will be called for interview.

Eligibility criteria – Commonly candidates required to have a graduate degree and age must below 27 years for applying to Intelligence Bureau ACIO post.

Pay scale of IB ACIO – Candidate after clearing the written exam and interview appoints at Rs. 9300 – 34,800 + Rs. 4200 grade pay and central government of India admissible allowance.

Exam Pattern Of AICO:-

The Exam Pattern of Intelligence Bureau ACIO Grade 2 Exam 2012 shall consist of Written test that is both Objective as well as subjective in nature.The Paper-I will be objective and Paper-II will be subjective.The Descriptive Paper (Paper-II) is basically the test of English Language.The total duration of both the Papers ie Paper-I and Paper-II is 1 Hour and 40 minutes

Exam Syllabus:-

Paper I-Objective type
The Objective test consists of sections such as General Awareness, General Knowledge, English language, Reasoning and Mathematical Aptitude.

Paper II- Descriptive type
The Descriptive is nothing but it is basically the test of English Language Writing Skills. In this section, it is expected that students may be asked to write an Essay, Letter of any given theme or topic.

Educational qualification : Any degree

Desirable qualification : Computer knowledge

Age limit : Below 27 years

Upper age limit : 5 yrs SC / ST ; 3 yrs OBC

The Exam is going to be held on 23.09.2012.
