If Eiilm university issued certificates that are not valid then what is the process to recover the fee paid by the student to the university for the course.

I have done BA(General ) from EIILM in the year 2011. I have completed 1st year of BA from other University in the year 2003 & 2nd and 3rd year from EIILM in the year 2010 and 2011 respectively.
Is my degree valid due to 8 year gap and from two different university . Am I eligible for any Govt and private Job.
