For PO:
1.Your age must be between 21-30yrs.
2.You must have a bachelor's degree with minimum 60% marks in aggregate.
3.You must be familiar with computers.

For Clerk:
1.Your age must be between 18-28yrs.
2.10+2 with minimum 60% marks in aggregate or a diploma degree after 10th or degree in any discipline.

The following criteria will vary from bank to bank.

For bank PO the qualification required is 60% marks in Graduation(5% less for SC/ST/OBC) and the age limit is 21-30(5 year extra for SC/ST and 3 year for OBC).
For clerical 60%(5% less for SC/ST/OBC) marks in 12th or graduation and age limit is 18-27(5 year extra for SC/ST , 3 year extra for OBC)

For this you can give Institute of banking personnel selection (IBPS) common written exams (CWE) which covers 19 public sector banks or exams of those banks which do no come under IBPS like State bank of India's own exam.
