i did three years diploma computer science(regular).bsc and msc through distance mode from bharathiar university is i am eligble to do me regular

i have 77% in maths in my 12th standard... m i applicable for this actuary course..?

Yes you are eligible for M.tech but for that you need to crack the GATE exam.
Which is conducted once in every year.
And then according to the rank obtained by you according to that only you will get the collage for doing M.tech.

Can I do M.Sc physics and M.Sc maths at same time one is in distance mode and other is in regular??
