Admission in B.E or B.Tech electrical in Rajasthan government engineering college?


I m coplete my diploma in electrical in june july 2010 in gujara. I wann admission in b.e. or btech in electrical in rajasthan govt. Engineering collage so what can i do

what give me diploma to degree admission 2014 for govt. college so the my marks is 85 low percentage for the sem.

I pass out 12th class 86% in science math ,how can I take b.tech & I got 119 marks in iit main entrance exam.
