My son was born on 3rd May and he is now 3 years of age. Is he eligible for joining LKG under CBSE Board? So many schools in Chennai region are assuring that a child who have completed his/her 3 years of age on June 1, is eligible for LKG admission in CBSE schools. How come the age limit for child for LKG admission differs from state to state? If in future the child is changing his region from Chennai to Karnataka or any other state will he faces any problem about age limit?

In CBSE board the age limit is same in every state.

The minimum age required for getting admission in LKG is 3 years 6 months and should not exceed 5 years.
So, you'll not have any problem when you migrate and change your school.

My son is 3.8 yr old .he is now nursury.he is nt able to write alfabet ....in apr 20 he ll complited his 4 year.n i think its proper time for lkg class.

What i should do ...wheither he should go lkg or any suggession like to share...plz share....
