i have done 10+2 with biology.and now i m doing b.tech biotech. kindly tell me that can i have admission in defence under lateral schemes after completing my course

For Army wing of National Defence Academy :- 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or a University.
For Air Force and Naval Wings of National Defence Academy and for the 10+2 (Executive Branch) Course at the Naval Academy :- 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equilvalent with Physics and Mathematics conducted by a State Education Board or a University.

candidates can join Indian Air Force( Technical Branch) after their engineering (Btech and BE).
Electronics,Tele-communication, Electrical, Electrical Communication, Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation, Computer Science & Engineering

Generally,the candidate must have physics, mathematics as main subjects in 10(+2).

As you had not mathematics in 10(+2), you can't apply for the post of technical engineer in IAF.

Hi, Your query is not clear. Is that you are asking about joining Defence, If so, you can obviously join Defence. There are many schemes to make way. CDS through UPSC, Through Staff Selection commission, Through University Entry Scheme, Direct entry etc. For technical entry in Air force and Navy, candidates with PCS background are considered. You can check with UPSC website and all other defence wing websites for various entries.
Notification for all entries are made in Employment News. So do keep watching Employment news regularly.

you can join indian defense services after graduation and as well as after 12th.
But there are doubts if they take students from biotech background.

If you had maths in 12th you can join in technical branch after doing some internal training there.
