Admission to engineering after Diploma in ECE from Nirma University? Can the faculty be changed?
My son pass diploma in electronics and communication from Nirma university. He can take admission for degree Engineering in other uni.?
Can he change his faculty? Which? |

Yes, He can take admission for engineering in other university but he has to appear for entrance exam conducted for the admission in engineering. |

Yes your son can apply for any university.For this he must have to do clear all eligibility criterias of other university in which he want to take admission.

I have come to know that Diploma Engineere of Inst. Diploma Studies ,Nirma are not eligible for Direct degree course at GTU. Is it right ?

what are the procedures for getting admission in degree in nirma university after completing my diploma from GTU? is the first preference given to the students of nirma?

yes he definitely he can, no AIEEE is required for Diploma holders for getting B.tech admission in Nirma or any other University... but there are a limited number of seats reserved for diploma holders, and yes he can change his branch for EC to any other, but he will lose his diploma advantage as diploma holders get admission in B.tech directly in 3rd semester but if he changes his branch he has to begin from 1st semester.

My son passed diploma in Mechenical Engineering from Nirma institute of Diploma Studies. Can he get addmission to BE or BTech in Nirma University or other deemed or GTU Universities in 2nd year directly ? What is the procedure of getting admission directly in 2nd year of BE or BTech in Nirma or other Deemed or GTU universities?
