definitely diploma holder in Electrical Engineering get admission in degree course in Gujarat.

but to get admission in degree course in Electrical Engineering, you have to give JELET exam(joint entrance lateral entry test).

in every engineering colleges in India except IITS and NITS there have some sit are reserved for the lateral entry.

you can apply in the given below colleges

>>Parul Group of Institutes.

>>Babaria Institute of Technology (BIT).

>>Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology (DAIICT).

>>C.K Pithawalla College of Engineering and Technology.
