Yes, you can get admission for studying part time or evening B.Tech course in Bangalore.

The eligibility required is to complete 10+2 or equivalent education in any related stream with 50% from any recognised board. The admission process will vary based on the university. Few universities conduct entrance exam and few universities give direct admission.
