your rank is bit too high for iits if you are an general category student,
you can surely get an seat in the national institute of technology,
but getting an seat in the iits will be tough,
also there are very slim chances of getting an seat in bhu as its an prestigious institute and there is an very tough competition for getting an seat in this college,
if you are having an reservation then you can surely get an seat in the it bhu

my gate score is 424 from electrical ,i m eligible for phd prog in iit patna

hii surely you will get into NIT s please go ahead and apply to all NITs , see there notifications.

you will not get IITs but according to your rank you will get BHU.

as to get in chance in IITs you have to get rank within 1000.
