please mention your branch and the subject which you want to take for the m.tech course because the cut off score changes from subject to subject,
as for as by seeing your rank it is highly improbable that you may get an admission in iits unless you have an reservation of some sort,
there are many chances that you will be able to get admission in nit,
so its better to try in nits and apply for them if you are not having any reservation,
aslo try to choose the best area of study dont go for the name of college and choose an inferior branch for your higher education,
because if your subject is good you will surely get an good job regardless of name of your college in which you are studying,

hii, surely very good chances in NITs but here also as students are more you need to be fast , apply to all, hope you land up some good NIT s my best wishes .

You are having very less chances of getting admission in IITs.

But i think you will get admission in NITs

what is the minimum GATE score for OBC students to admission in IIT or NIT?

i got 3000 rank with 536 score can i get in iits ...please ans me asap so that i can apply .....and even the branches for ECE

GATE score 1807 is a good score to apply for M.tech in IIT's and NIT's.
You apply for all NITs and IIT colleges you have 90% of chance to get seat.
Even if you cant get seat in IIT colleges you definitely get seat in NIT colleges.
Try to apply all colleges,some times some IIT colleges sees scores of the entrance exams conducted by college itself.
