sir i hav got 32000 rank in aieee general....
can i get nit n good branch .............

Hello friend ...

With the 32000 rank in the general category in the AIEEE exam I don't think you will get the desired branch which you like in the NIT colleges .

Also you will not get any seat in the First 3 counselings but in the 4th and the 5th counseling you may get the seat in the NIT .

And you will not get any of the seats in the good and the top ranking NITs like that of the NIT Warrangal , NIT Trichy and others .

You may get the new NITs that have been opened in the year 2010 like that of the NIT nagaland , NIT Arunachal Pradesh and others ...

And if you were in some category like OBC then you could have got good NIT college on the basis of your rank of 32000 ...

And i would suggest you to even go for the different state counseling of the states like that of the orissa , west bengal , maharashtra to get the good branch there and the colleges ...

One thing I want to say you that you have to compromise in atleast one i.e either college,either branch;
If u want good NITS with good branch then wait until spot counsilling.
KEEP PATIENCE AND WAIT WAIT WAIT..........

you may get into civil engg. or electrical enng.Your col. choicese should be NIT RAIPUR ,NIT DURGAPUR ,NIT SILCHAR .

As per your rank you expect good college. Lets wait for some time to get exact information from AIEEE. Please fill up your choice as per the details given by AIEEE.

As u got a better rank u can get admission in nit
u should b positive for that and go for the counselling.

It will be difficult to get good trades in NIT's.
But you will get another trades.

you have not mentioned about your home state .... But getting a good branch with this AIR is too difficult..

Yes you've got admission in niit in good branch instead you have a good knowledge about your subjects.
You are not mentioning that particular field in which you want to get admission but with rank you've got admission in niit.
so,it's all depends on you to choose your field.

Sorr dear but you will probably not get a chance in NIT's. Try hard for the next time.

This rank doesn't give you any nit with good branch.
Because every nits good branch close under 15000 rank.

As you are from general category it's too hard for you.
Because nowdays for general people if there rank doesn't under 15000 they are not able too get any nit with good branch.

so i suggest you to go for 1 year lon term coaching from any best institute...and do well in aieee 2012.

its difficult for you to get into a nit..as previous records say that nit close around 27-28000 for general category...
you can try in some private colleges though...
