Admission procedure and availability of scholarship for PhD from Universities in Delhi?
I have done M.Tech in Computer Science Engineering with GATE and NET exam cleared. I wish to pursue PhD. Could you please tell the process of PhD admission with scholarship in Universities in Delhi?

For that you need to qualify CSIR-UGC JRF-NET exam conducted by csir. Else you can apply for different fellowship under various schemes initiated by government of India by clearing entrance test of a particular university, enrolling yourself under Ph.D and thereafter applying with your research proposals.
