If you have done M.B.A with a good college then you have a good opportunity to apply in multinational companies,corporate office,hotels,you can be selected as a manager in that company.After BBA ,MBA is necessary because the jobs for bba are limited.

Completing MBA will give number of advantages for an individual. MBA- Master of Business Administration will inject knowledge to the candidates regarding current business trends, business in various countries, scope for the upcoming business in several countries and with in the country and many other aspects.

One can analyse how the business trends are going to be and can make full advantage of that.

There will be number of specializations in MBA and each of which have its own importance.

Its better to do MBA after BBA as there is already good foundation in the BBA itself for the candidate regarding business concepts.

So, if the candidate join MBA, he can become expertise in that area and he can make use of that and he can serve better to his organization with that knowledge or he can start his own business.

If u simply complete only BBA then the chances of getting good job are diminished because the good companies and corporate offices asked for the MASTER degree so you should do MBA,if you do MBA with a good college then you can get a job of M.D. in many multinational companies.

WHY DO MBA AFTER BBA ???

In present MBA is the needed course for all.. because for running a business MBA degree holder is very important for MANAGING the things inside and outside the business..

-> MBA always have advantage over BBA course, because priority given for the candidate who have learned more..

-> Now after finishing BBA it is not at all mandatory to do MBA but rather you can go for the following options...

-> GO FOR JOB : There is every possibility that you will get a job after finishing BBA, so better go for a job, gain some experience and then do MBA later if needed.. MBA with work experience is always a added advantage...

-> GO FOR CA ( Charted Accountant ) : You can either prepare for CA exam and write the exam after finishing BBA to do CA which ends you with a bright future.

-> TRY FOR BANK JOBS : This is another option, where if you interested in bank jobs like clerk and PO then you can apply and give the exam.

-> STUDY ABROAD : Doing MBA in US and other foreign countries where there is leading B schools will boost your course and there will be lot of job openings if you can complete the course with good grades...

-> So these are some of the options which you have after doing BBA.

-> MBA is really needed after BBA because it is always a added advantage for your job as well as for your future.. So if you feel you want to work after finishing BBA then you can even do MBA part time..
