I'm pursuing B.E.ECE in the third year.At present my CGPA is 7.9.I'm interested to do my higher studies in Nano technology & hence I collect many information in Nanotechnology as much as possible.I'm preparing for GATE exam also. Is it possible for me to do PHD in nanotechnology after my UG degree? Or is it best for me to do PG in Nanotechnology.

Yes, it is possible to study the PhD in Nanotechnology & Science at IITs like IIT Bombay after completion of B.E (ECE). Candidates with Bachelor or Master of Engineering / Technology degree in Agriculture / Civil Engineering / Environmental Science & Engineering / Mining / Electrical Engineering / Electronics / Electronics and Communication / Computer Science & Engineering / Information Technology / Remote Sensing / GeoInformatics / Geomatics/ Architecture & Town Planning are eligible to apply to the PhD Nanotechnology program.
