And very few colleges will provide admission to Diploma Candidates, So, to get admission in BCA course you need to completed your 12th or its equivalent with Mathematics in 12th OR a diploma in EE, EC, CS, IT or TC from a recognized technical board. But, the Minimum eligiblity criteria to get admission in BCA course is 12th from a recognised board. So, the eligiblity criteria are vary form colleges to colleges. But, you should have complete your 12th examination, if you are interested in BCA course. Many colleges will provide admission in BCA course only if you have Maths Subject in your 12th examination. Because top BCA colleges, wants Maths subjects in your 12th examination. And to get admission in top BCA Colleges, ou have to appear for the entrance examination, After clear the entrance examination, you will get admission in BCA. But Many other colleges are there, who gives admissions to Non Maths Candidates, But for this you have to scored minimum 50% Marks in your Intermediate examination. You will also get direct admission in BCA, if you have scored good marks in your 12th. So the eligiblity criteria are vary from colleges to colleges. So, please check the official website of Top Colleges and check the eligiblity criteria from there, But as per my Knowledge only 12th Pass candidates are eligible to apply for BCA course, But very less colleges offers this course to those who have completed Diploma courses. So its better if you can search from the Internert OR visit the official website of BCA colleges. |

Re: After completing SSLC is it possible to do BCA?
as a common you need to have at-least 60% but in some institute they may prefer for 65% to 70% student so its purely depends on university!
Yes you can do BCA without having math in +2 level but try to take maths subject in BCA course as it will be compulsory if you going to do MCA..as maths should be there either in graduation level or +2 level.... and now onwards there will be change in criteria i.e students need not have Certificate in Computing (CIC) to get admission into BCA and MCA courses offered by IGNOU. Some of the best university for BCA are symbiosis mdu university Which would offer better salary? and Bharati Vidyapeeth |
