After degree, you must qualify civil services examination as the very first step. Applications for this can be submitted online through the web portal of UPSC. Your age must be between 21 and 30 years. Thorough preparation on topics like current events, Indian Polity, Indian constitution, History, Geography, etc are required to clear the exam. Those who qualify the written test should get through interview and medical fitness test as the next step.
