What is the work an IES officer are going to perform like in Railways, Water servies, Power services. ?
Will they be considered as equivalent to an IAS officer in facilities ?
Will Govt provide them(IES officer) with yellow light vehicle as they are giving to an IAS officer ?
Will an IES officer have same power as an IAS officer ?
And what contribution an IES officer make to build up the nation ?
And What are the extreme capabilities an IES officer will have ?

IAS stands for Indian Administrative Service.
IES stands for Indian Engineering Service.

After completion of probationary period,
IAS officer is posted as a constitutional Administrative Head of a District.
IES officer is posted as a sub-divisional engineer in different engineering factories run by government across the country.

Remuneration and facilities of both the posts are comparable.

IAS officer looks after overall functioning of a district under him.
IES officer looks after smooth functioning of the factory or engineering unit entrusted to him.

So an IES will be a challenging job to an engineer or not ?
Is working as an IES is better than earning 1Lac/month in private sector ?

Yes, it is. But it is more about administration than actual technical side of engineering.

Actually i couldn't understand the work of an IES offier(or sub-divisional engineer), so could you please reply me any practical scenario/capalities an IES will have ?

Since IES officer is coming under Grade 'A' class officer.
Facilities are same as of an IAS officer like govt. home, govt. vehicle(dont know about this) and first class travelling in railways and airways, respect from top class people etc.

Salary for a junior grade IES officer goes to 40-50K(including all allowances).
If you dont considered the salary of this high profile job, you will get good command in the system to do something to build up the nation which is more important than salary.
