For appearing in the Engineering service exam 2017, one must be 21 to 30 years old. Being a Government employee with OBC category you will get total upper age relaxation of 8 years. As per your given DOB you will be 38 years old. So by considering your age relaxation you will be eligible for appearing in the engineering service exam. This is your last chance to appear in the engineering service exam.

Engineering Services examination is held once every year by UPSC and the minimum eligibility required for appearing in the same examination are as following :-

* You must have the nationality of India with your age lying within 21 years to 30 years till the 1st January of that year in which you are appearing in the same examination. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved category candidates as per the government norms.
