Well dear you haven't mentioned your qualification as age has to do with educational qualifications for post of

ITI Training Officer
ITI Trainer
ITI Teacher
ETC...

It also depends upon Institute/ITI/Training school you are joining. As they are free to set there eligibility criteria according to there needs.

However, generally the requirement for that is candidate having a Degree in Engineering or Diploma Engineering with at least 5 - 10 years of experience should not be more then 35 years of age. Relaxations are also there as per government rules depending of which minority you belongs from. Like- for SC/ST there would be age relaxation of 5 years, whereas for OBC 3 or more years.

Candidates having Degree are preferred more then Diploma holders. Candidates having B.sc in respective subject + Diploma/ITI degree are also recruited for training to ITI students.

So, you can figure out the age requirement as per above discussions. But as far as I concern it should be 35 years.
