I have 73%in btch. in electrical bt I have very poor marks in h.s,it's 52%...if. i get a good rank in get exam,is there any problem for me for any govt job....plz reply me....

You have completed B.Tech in Electrical Engineering so you are eligible for government sector jobs like Indian Engineering Service exam.

IES Stands for Indian Engineering Service examination.

If you have completed bachelor engineering degree course then you are eligible to apply for IES Examination but your written exam subjects are -CIVIL, MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL, ELECTRONICS AND TELECOMMUNICATION ENGINEERING. You can choose any one subject from above mentioned subject.

M.Sc Degree or its equivalent with Wireless Communication, Electronics, Radio Physics or Radio Engineering are also eligible for IES Exam.

Final year student are also eligible for IES exam.

The applicant age should be in between 21 to 30 years.

SC/ST = 5 years
OBC =3 years
PWD =10 years
Ex-Servicemen = 5 years

No, there will be no problem in getting government jobs if you are among top rankers of Graduate Aptitude test in Engineering. Candidates whose rank is among top rankers get chance to appear for recruitment test of various Public sector undertakings like NTPC, BHEL, ONGC, SAIL etc.

There is no issue of less percentage of marks in 12th. You need to meet the eligibility criteria. Other than this exam, you can appear for entrance exam of Senior Engineer in various Railway Recruitment Boards.

For jobs in defense sectors, you can apply for CDS or AFCAT exam.

Yes, you can get government job after completing graduation.
After completing B.Tech you can apply for following posts :

Probationary Officer through IBPS PO and SBI PO exams.
Age limit : 21 to 30 years.

IAS, IPS, IRS, IFS officer post through Civil Service Exams.
Age Limit : 21 to 28 years

Post of Grade II Officer in different central government department through SSC Exams.
Age Limit : 21 to 28 years

For the post of Indian Army Officer through CDS.
Age Limit : 19 to 24 years

Sub Inspector post in State Police Department.
Age limit : 21 to 25 years

Age relaxation is also provided as per government norms.

There is no percentage criteria for all the above jobs.
Candidate who have completed graduation can apply for all the above jobs.
