I have missed out on the left hand thumb impression. Can i submit a new application form. What can be done now.

YES YOU JUST COMMITED A BIG MISTAKE ... DONT FILL THE ANOTHER FORM
THEY WILL POST RETURN INCOMPLETE FORM THEN IT CAN BE RESEND.

i sorry but your application form will be surely rejected as you have not given your thumb impression and i am sorry to say that you cant summit a new application form so its better to contact to concerned authority or you have to wait for next year exam.....

The guidelines clearly mention that if you do not provide complete details, which means your form will be incomplete.
And as you incomplete forms are rejected.

As you were required get your parents signature(even guardians signature was allowed), which you have not got, so your form is incomplete and might get rejected.

Your form will be rejected. But yes you can fill another form it's not like you're candidature will be rejected. But to be on the safer site you should definetly contact at the CBSE
