I am a final year student and i have one standing arrear. So am I eligible to apply for any core company right now? Or do i have to wait till i complete my graduation?

It is clearly mentioned by almost all companies that candidates with backlogs are not eligible for recruitment drives or placement drives which is conducted either on campus or off campus. You can not become eligible for any company placement unless you clear existing backlog.

When you will clear your existing backlog then you will be eligible for core company placement as well as government job entrance examination.
