Am I eligible to apply for M.Tech in Kerala having secured 59.6% in B.Tech?

I got only 59.6% marks in B.tech.
Whether I am eligible to apply for M.tech in Kerala?

M.Tech courses are offered through certain engineering colleges in Kerala. The admission to merit seats is offered through GATE exam. GATE exam is carried out at national level and the candidate should meet certain eligibility conditions to apply. Pass in B.Tech or B.E from any of the recognized educational institution is the basic qualification required. So you can start preparing for this exam.

Sir,
I have got only 48% in BA english,after that i have done MCA from kerala university with 63%.Am i eligible for Mtech?
