I've joined in an aided polytechnic college under the Technical Edn. Dept. of Kerala on 26-8-97 as a lecturer in English with a qualification of second class Masters Degree. Now AICTE scheme is implemented & it is said that first class Masters Degree is compulsory to be included in AICTE scheme as lecturer. How could I get the designation of Lecturer in English in AICTE scheme.
