Am I eligible to claim reservation in JPSC if am ST candidates from Jharkhand?


I am ST of jharkhand but my domicile is U.P Am I eligible for claiming reservation in JPSC? Can you please provide me the details on the same? What are the steps I need to follow? It will be really helpful if you can provide me the details soon.
