Am I eligible to do B.Ed course from Jammu University after doing graduation with 50% marks


I am 35 years old. I have done graduation with 50% marks. Am I eligible to do b.ed course from jammu uni in regular stream? What will be the fees in total ? Where from can I get the books? How much will these cost?
