If the university from where you have pursued your degree program is recognized by Distance Education Council and University grant Commission or any other equivalent authority, you are eligible to appear for all entrance exam conducted by any state level or national level public service commission, including group II exam.
It really doesn't matter if you have pursued your degree program through regular or though distance mode, the only thing matters is the recognition of the university. If the university is recognized, your degree will be treated equivalent to degree offered by any other recognized university of India (regular or distance).

Your Degree is should be recognized by A.I.C.T.E, U.G.C.

Qualification:- Pass graduation with any stream fron recginiced university.

Age limit:-
For Open category:- 21-30 year
For OBC category:- 21-33 YEAR
For ST/SC category:- 21-37 year

Number of Attempts:-
For open category:- 4 attempts
For ST/SC category:- 7 attempts

Yes, you are eligible to appear in entrance examination for recruitment in Group II jobs.

The candidates passed bachelor degree from any recognised open university are eligible to appear in examination.

So, you can appear in examination. The examination is conducted by various examination conducting body for final recruitment.

Candidates have to qualify in all stages of examination ( written, interview and physical fitness ( if required )) for final selection.

It is not mandatory to pursue intermediate course if you have passed bachelor degree.
