To apply for this examination you must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 30 years. The upper age limit will be relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidates, by 3 years for candidates of OBC. After graduation you are eligible for Civil services Examination. Preliminary Examination will be held on 20/May/2012. The examination is Conducted in 2 stages, Preliminary examination and Mains. But you have to cracked the Preliminary examination First, Only then you are eligible to appear for Maine Examination. Preliminary Examination contains 2 papers and both are Objective and of same marks and Duration. If you passed in preliminary Examination, then you are eligible for Main examination. Main examination will have 9 papers and you have to choose the subjects on the basis of Graduation. IAS exam is part of civil service exam.This exam is conducted by UPSC every year once,to take qualified students into different government service post like >>Indian Administrative Service >>Indian Police Service >>Indian Foreign Service >>Indian Defense Accountant Service >>Indian Revenue Service like this there are another 18 service posts are their. To appear for civil service exam,you should have complete graduation degree with any stream from a recognized university and your age should be between 21 to 30 years. As you have complete your graduation degree in Nursing,so if your age is also fulfilled with criteria,then you can appear for this year civil service exam to become IAS Officer. Civil Service exam consist of Preliminary Exam and Main Exam. Preliminary exam notification release on 4th Feb 2012 and closes the issuing of application on 5th March 2012.And exam will held on 20th May 2012. If your institution from where you have done your B.SC in nursing is reconized by GOVT than you are very much eligible.
Indian Administration Service (IAS) exam is conducted by UPSC. Eligibility criteria for IAS exam: Candidate should have complete graduation degree with any stream from a recognized university. preliminary examination consist questions on general awareness and questions on your chosen subject Important dates for IAS-2012 exam: Indian Administration Service(Preliminary exam) Notification for this year: Issue of application form from 4th Feb 2012 to 5th March 2012. Exam will held on 20th May 2012. Indian Administration Service (Main Exam) notification for this year: Exam will held on 15th Oct 2012. There are 3 stage or EXAM in the IAS. first one is preliminary exam(it is objective type exam) second is main exam (question to be answer in length) third is personal interview clearing one level will get you to another level exam. main examination pattern Essay type Indian Language Qualifying Paper (300 marks) 2. After completion of B.Sc in nursing you can apply for IAS exam.. Eligibility for IAS exam:- 1.Candidate has to complete the graduation in any trade. 2.Final year candidates can also apply for IAS exam. 3.Age should be in between 21-30 years. For SC/ST the upper age relaxation is 5 years and for OBC the upper age relaxation is 3 years. 4.Candidate must be a citizen of India. These are the eligibility criteria you have to fulfill. hi friend,
after completing your bachelor degree ,you are eligible for IAS exam. IAS-indian adminstrative service so candidates with professional and technical qualifications recognised by the government are eligible for appearing in the IAS exam age limit: 21-30 years as on attempts: the general candidate get 4 attempts and 7 attempts of obcs and no limit for sc/st candidates in this exams number of exams: preliminary exam: it is of objective type ,which is a qualifying exam. main exam: it consists of written exam and interview. all the best |

IAS Exam i.e Indian Administrative Exam
It is under Civil Service Exam conducted once in a Year by UPSC. To become an IAS Officer One Needs to crack Civil Service Exam. Minimum Qualification :Candidate should be Graduate from recognized university. There is no special Entrance Exam like IAS Exam to be placed in IAS. Instead, there is a single common written exam for the candidates to be placed in any of the civil services in India like
Indian Administrative Service Indian Police Service Indian Revenue Service etc. The name of Entrance Exam is Civil Services Exam. The complete selection procedure would involve Civil Services Aptitude Test Civil Services Main Exam Interview Here is the eligibility criteria required for the candidates to apply for this Exam. One should have completed Graduation with any of the stream. Candidates who have appeared for final year exams of Graduation and waiting for the results can also apply for it. The age should be 21-30 years for the candidates of General category. Relaxation in upper age limit upto 3 years for the candidates of OBC category. Relaxation in upper age limit upto 5 years for the candidates of SC or ST category. As you have completed your Graduation in B.Sc Nursing and if you possess the above mentioned age as per your category, you are eligible to apply for this Exam. You can opt for any one of the following optional subjects for Main Exam. Botany Zoology Chemistry For this academic year, the notification for CSAT Exam will be released in the month of May.
