Yes Off course. Since you have completed B.Sc Nuring course, So there is no issue with your're educational qualification. But, you not have any pending backlogs in bachelor degree course then only you're eligible for IAS Examination. No Minimum marks needed for this entrance examination.

IAS stands for Indian Administrative Service . It is one of the Civil Service Examination which is conducted by the UPSC for every year. The Basic eligibility criteria to apply for this Examination you should complete graduation from recognized university.

The candidate should have completed a recognized bachelor’s degree of minimum of 3 years from recognized university are eligible to apply for this IAS Entrance examination.

Your age should be 21 years to 30 years and If your belong from following candidates then relaxation will applicable .

-For sc/st candidates :- 5 years
-For OBC candidates :- 3 years
-For Physically Challenged candidates :- 10 years

If your satisfy the eligibility criteria then you may apply for this Examination in both the online as well as offline mode. You may download the examination application form from the official website of UPSC and you may also buy the examination form from the post office. The Cost of the Application will be Rs :- 50 and free for SC/ST candidates .

Why not, You're definitely eligible to apply for IAS entrance examination after completing B.Sc in Nursing course. Any stream candidates with bachelor degree course are eligible to apply for IAS entrance examination. So, after completing B.Sc in Nursing course you're definitely eligible for IAS entrance examination.

Any graduate candidate can apply for IAS examination and there is no specific Stream and there is no percentage bar required for this examination .

To become a IAS Officer , you have to clear the two stage of IAS examination :-

~~Civil Service Aptitude Test

To apply for IAS Exam , candidate should have a completed bachelor's degree with any subject Commerce / Medicine / Science / Arts of a recognized University OR final year of degree course can also eligible to apply for IAS Examination .

Number of Attempts ::

Civil Service Aptitude Test is divided into two papers and both the papers are objective type questions . Duration of each paper is 2 hrs .
