A Engineering graduates can join indian army

• join in the 3rd year or that final year through the UES(University Entry Scheme)
  
• or after completion of graduation through Technical Graduate Scheme, by appearing before the
  
  Service Selection Board.

In both the cases you can be posted as a captain.

and also you can apply for Combined Defence Services examination as a regular/short service

commissioned officer..

• For regular service training will be Indian Military Academy , Dehradun..
  
• For short service Officer’s Training Academy, Chennai...

Short service is for 5 years and after completion of 5 years either you can resign or opt for an

extension for five years or a permanent commission.

Indian Army it is one of the wing in the NDA- National Defense Academy Exam is conducted every year in the months of April and August by UPSC..
And other wings in NDA they are Indian Navy and Indian Air Force.

Indian Army is one of the Defence force of India and to get to in this force you need to write the entrance exam for it and there are several entrance exams which are conducted in India for candidate to join in this force and they depend on the qualification which you possess.

And as per the qualification which you possess as being completed Engineering you are eligible as per the Education qualification which you possess.

The exam which you could apply is the CDS Exam

You can get in indian army through CDS. CDS exam conducted by the UPSC(Union Public Service Commission) two times in a year.

Eligibility for IMA:-

The candidate should be complete bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognised university.
The age limits are 19 years to 24 years.
No age relaxation.


Eligibility for NA:-

The candidate should be complete Bachelor's degree in engineering from a recognised university.
Percentage is not required.
The age limits are 19 years to 22 years.
No relaxation in age.


Eligibility for IAF:-

Candidate should have to complete bachelor's degree in Engineering from any recognised university.
Applicant's age should be in between 19 years to 23 years.
