Am I eligible for JRF after completing B.Tech with 57.5%


i just complete my b tech cors EI with 57.5%, did me eligible for JRF,please explain

Yes, you are eligible for JRF. NET is a gateway through which you can join JRF. CSIR UGC NET exams are conducted two times a year. As you have more than 55% marks, you are eligible to apply. Upper age limit of the candidate is 28 years.

No! you are Not Eligible for JRF Exam. For JRF you have to complete your PG degree.

The Acronym of JRF is Junior Research Fellowship.

JRF Exam is Conducted Under UGC NET Examination. NET Exam is Gateway for JRF.


Required Qualifications for JRF =>

you Should complete your Post gradua
tion degree in Any Discipline from recognized University.
you must secure 55% in PG degree. 5% Relaxation for SC/ST Candidates.
Final year Students can Also apply for JRF.

Your Age Should Between 19 - 28 years
Upper Age Relaxation is Allowed for SC/ST, OBC.
5 years for SC/ST and 3 Years for OBC Candidates.


Examination Scheme:

The Test Consist One paper of 2 Hours Duration. The Paper Contains 2 Sections. The Section A have 50 questions. All these Questions Compulsory with Each Question Carrying 1 Mark. Section B Have 100 Questions in Which 75 is Compulsory.
Each question carries one mark. Negative marking of 0.25 Mark for each Wrong answer.
Exam Language is English only.
