sir am studying 3rd MCA now from Anna university.after completing my mca either eligible for did a ME or M.TECH and how many year are need to finish a Ph.D.

is really true that IGNOU MCA programme tough??and very meagre percent marks are obtained by its students??& candidates often fumbled to complete their respective degrees with due course???
