M.Tech stands for Master of Technology. It is a two-year postgraduate degree course in the field of technology. Candidates who have passed Bachelor's degree course in Engineering/ Technology/ Science from a Government recognised university are eligible to appear in GATE examination to pursue M.Tech course.

As per the information you have mentioned in your query, you have done your post graduation in Pharmacy, so, you are not eligible to appear in GATE examination for pursuing M.Tech course in IIT.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
