hello. I am B.tech pass out with 59.9% . Now I am planning to write GATE exam and join for M.tech in kerala. I want to know whether my 59.9% will consider as 60% so that i will be able to join in colleges like cusat and all? I am looking to study with stipend.. so will there be any chance in kerala?
Or otherwise i will have to look for colleges outside kerala? please give me a guidance?

I have one year experience in a level 3 company. Will that give me any advantage?
