To be eligible for MBA in top level colleges of india the CAT Exam is the entrance exam to be cleared. To apply for that exam candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree, and at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA [45% in case of the candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Differently Abled (DA)categories], or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India. So you are not eligible for top level colleges but you can try through some management quota in private colleges.

Acccording to me u cannot Do M.B.A. with 39% in genral

But if u are in a caste having reserved seats then u MAY get elligible for a seat

but u could not b able to complete your course in a well Reputed college
u could do it from a private college or a government college who may give u a chance
