I have completed My B.tech ( Electronics and Communication and then i complete MBA ( Marketing and Computers) .... Please advice if i am eligible for UGC-NET Exams.

dear friend,

After MBA , you are eligible for NET exam but your degree must be from UGC approved university.

Those candidate have completd masters degree from recogniged university are eligible for NET exam.

For general and OBC candidate must be hold 55%above in masters degree. SC/ST candidate must be hold 50% above in masters degree.

Part time course are not eligible for NET exam.

For Junior research fellowship course your age must be in between 19 to 28 years.

For lectureship ,There is no upper age limit but the Minimum age is 19 years.

NET exam is conduct because of govt college lecturer and PHD entrance.

If you have scored a minimum of 55% in the masters degree examination, you will be eligible to take the national eligibility test for lectureship conducted by UGC.
If you belong to SC/ST category, you should have scored a minimum of 50% in the masters degree examination.
Since you have done MBA, you will be eligible to write only Management related subject.

Yes you are eligible to appear in NET. If you manage to clear it you will be able to become a JRF.

You can apply for 2 different posts:-

a) for Junior Research Fellowship- your age should be within 21-28 years and You must complete your graduation from a UGC recommended university.

b) for Lectureship- There is no age limit and You must complete your graduation from a UGC recommended university.

Therefore if you have done your MBA from a UGC recommended university then you are able to apply.
